Merry Christmas, everyone. I must confess I hadn't expected any gifts at all, but I'm very grateful for the ones I recieved.

[He does sound a bit amazed, really, but at the same time very happy.] Neither of you had to. I hope I can get each of you something in return soon.

On that note, it appears that most if not all of us have been given pokémon eggs. I never did believe in Santa or an entity such as him, but I suppose unless no one steps forward to claim responsibility for this, now might be a good time to start.

[And on that note, that feed ends. Anyone interested in action will find him anywhere in Violet today, enjoying ... life, as it is. And also trying to find gifts, which I will update with later! Anyone who gave him something will get something in return. ♥ ]

Just the way things happen. Four reside in the PC, though. So I am not training them all at once. And one was a gift I received from a friend. [he chuckles lightly] I haven't challenged any gym leaders lately and I am still trying to decide if I want to pursue such a goal.

You've challenged gym leaders before? Personally, I find training my pokémon quite rewarding, but I'm not sure I feel competitive enough to try to beat them.

Yes, I quite agree. I'm just not fond of fighting, even if the Pokemon enjoy themselves. I wish there was another way to let the Pokemon use the moves they learn without hurting one another.

At the same time, they have amazing endurance and don't seem to take on much actual damage or injuries. I find it interesting how quickly they are able to heal, as well.

Perhaps this is why most of them seem to want to fight.

Yes, I know. But it's the principle of the matter, I suppose.

Yes, I understand. It's got some qualities similar to dog fighting where I'm from, and that was forbidden by law. To say this has some moral dilemma to it is an understatement.

Mm. But it's different because it isn't as though the animals don't know any better. These Pokemon are very smart and they can say no.

Yes, that's what I have been doing myself.

[Needless to say, they all love to fight so he sort of lost in the end. Still, as long as they enjoyed themselves and weren't at risk.]
