Merry Christmas, everyone. I must confess I hadn't expected any gifts at all, but I'm very grateful for the ones I recieved.

[He does sound a bit amazed, really, but at the same time very happy.] Neither of you had to. I hope I can get each of you something in return soon.

On that note, it appears that most if not all of us have been given pokémon eggs. I never did believe in Santa or an entity such as him, but I suppose unless no one steps forward to claim responsibility for this, now might be a good time to start.

[And on that note, that feed ends. Anyone interested in action will find him anywhere in Violet today, enjoying ... life, as it is. And also trying to find gifts, which I will update with later! Anyone who gave him something will get something in return. ♥ ]

In some parts of China, they also celebrate it on January first. However, the date of the Chinese New Year changes every year. Last year it was on February 14 and now this year its on February third, aru.

I wonder if there'll be a festival for Chinese New Year too?

If there isn't, perhaps you can arrange one, or at least a minor celebration.

Yao - do you recall the instance where we all lost three days? I had a dream shortly after. You were trapped in a blizzard.

Err... I think so, but it all goes blank when I try to dig deeper, aru.

However, I've noticed that Lien-Hua has a scar on her front and I know it wasn't there before those three days.

_{[Cooper goes quiet for a while. He's always had a special relationship with dreams - he never thinks they're lying to him.]}

I think you told me about her name. I distinctly remember there being blood.

_{[He doesn't look happy about this conclusion.]}

B-Blood? [He gets an image of blue hands stained with red blood.] Now that you mention it, I think I...

[He stops. Her name.] Lien-Hua? It means "lotus flower," aru. Unless... no. [There's now way he could know about the other Lien-Hua, could he?]

She was named after someone important to you.

_{[His speech has picked up a bit in speech as he's thinking.]}

You told me many things, Yao. Something about red and silk. The details elude me.

_{[He looks a bit frustrated at this point]}

I knew there was more to this than memory loss.

I see, so you do know. Lien-Hua was my favorite nursemaid and the only one I could really talk to, aru. She always wore red and she was the one who taught me how to sew. [Yes, it was slowly coming back to him. The freezing cold, the blood, and the--]

_{[He thinks, anyway. He nods in agreement and then his frown deepens at that last question.]}

I thought so, aru. It's was huge yet beautiful at the same time. I started having nightmares that it would come back to get me and my pokemon, but they've stopped coming.

[Then he remembers something else.] So, if all that really did happen. Then that means I really did see Vietnam, aru. [He looks a bit upset now.]

_{[Cooper's look turns sympathethic at the mentions of nightmares. He always keeps eye contact - it's like a trademark - but the manner of it tends to change. And now, we're back with a sort of questioning frown.]}

There were an unusual amount of people those days ... Maybe something between this world and every other caved in.

Maybe, aru. There was also this blond child that I had never seen before, but I could tell he was English by the way he was speaking. What was his name again... Alois, I think?

[He sighs.] Still, I kind of wish that Vietnam really was here. We may have had problems in the past before, but she's my sister nonetheless, aru.

_{[Cooper gets a sort of vacant expression at this as he decides not to think about family.]}

It's not impossible that she might show up sooner or later, Yao. If you're lucky, you might see her sooner than you think.

[He was never comfortable talking about his family either, but since he was now separated from half of his siblings he was beginning to miss them.] Hopefully, aru. She's been through much, but she still has a good heart.

[He laughs nervously in an attempt to clear the tension in the air.] We should probably keep this conversation a secret, no? They might wipe out our memory again if they find out, aru.

_{[Cooper isn't uncomfortable about his family - it's just that he misses them. He breathes out slowly, releasing a bit of the tension in himself by doing so, and nods.]}

I doubt we are the first people having a conversation regarding the matter. But I suppose you can't know for sure. I'd like to know who 'they' are.

I don't know, aru. Though I finally remembered what happened during those three days, I can't recall the ones who wiped our memories out in the first place.

I expect that would be their intention.

_{[So not happy about that whole thing, can you tell? He's a bit more resigned now though.]}
