[If you're around ... wherever he is, but it's out in the woods somewhere, you might hear gunshots. And if you're curious enough to see what's up, you'll see that Coop evidently has his gun back and is shooting at targets. Where they're from is a mystery, but he's making the best of their presence - his skills have waned some in the years he's been stuck in pokémonland, but it's evident the longer he's at it, the more confidence and skill shows in his shooting.]

[Until he's at the point where he's consistently hitting the bullseye in every single target every single time.]

[Yeah, he's that good. He could shoot you a pattern if you like.]

[... and there magically seems to be ammunition around whenever he needs it, so hey.]

_{[Don't worry, Ivy, Coop would be at a bit of a loss at other languages as well. He's good with English, French and some chosen phrases in a handful of others, but nowhere near as much to get by on as her brother.]}

[Pulls out her ID and shows it.]

I'm an ACME Detective, I just need to contact someone to pick me up.

_{[... Oh, he recognises this kind of ID, except the one he's seen had Carmen's picture on it. That recognition probably shows in his face too once he looks back at Ivy with a kind of appraisal there. He does hand her the gear, though.]}

You could try, but don't expect it to work. We might not even be on Earth and if we are, it's a lot different from the one we're used to.

[Just a little suspicious, he gets a similar look back. But takes the gear though and flips it open.

She sighs as she tries to get it to work... Try being the key word. /types in commands number a few times and that works as well as you'd think. She snaps the gear closed after a few tries.]

[She passes him back the gear.]

So possibly not Earth. You haven't seen a blond kid named Zack around have you? We usually end up in messes like this together.

Can't say I have. But it's not uncommon for people to get separated on arrival.

So were on some place that might not be earth without contact to the outside world. First question, how did we get here and second, do you know why we're here? Has anyone made any demands?

Nobody knows, and if any demands have been made I'm not aware of them. To put it mildly the whole thing remains mysterious _{[not that he appears to mind too much]} and quite far from your usual kidnapping case.

[Well at least some of the info on her watch works, she opens it up to look at the latest case notes.]

We've had no reports of disappearances, so they're not getting reported. No clues about large groups vanishing and this isn't Carmen's kind of crime anyway.

[Looks up from her notes.]
