[If you're around ... wherever he is, but it's out in the woods somewhere, you might hear gunshots. And if you're curious enough to see what's up, you'll see that Coop evidently has his gun back and is shooting at targets. Where they're from is a mystery, but he's making the best of their presence - his skills have waned some in the years he's been stuck in pokémonland, but it's evident the longer he's at it, the more confidence and skill shows in his shooting.]

[Until he's at the point where he's consistently hitting the bullseye in every single target every single time.]

[Yeah, he's that good. He could shoot you a pattern if you like.]

[... and there magically seems to be ammunition around whenever he needs it, so hey.]

The short answer is no. _{[Something he seems largely untroubled by right now.]} There is a fair amount of information regarding this world, but not where or when it is and much less how we got here.

Damn, ya know-- this sort of thing is getting way too common in my life, and I really am gettin' kind of sick of it. Ending up in crazy places I mean. Though so far this place seems pretty normal. So'd you just show up out of nowhere too?

What kind of places have you been to other than this one?

[Billy scratches the back of his head, thinking.] Weeeell first I was at home, then I was at the Netherworld school. Then I showed up in some suburban town for Halloween, and then back to the school, and now I'm here! Wherever "here" is. [He's starting to get used to all of this.]

I know, right? Ya know, It's really nothing like I thought hell was gonna be like. It's actually pretty awesome despite being a school. It's for villains. I got-- [He digs inside his jacket and brings out his very crumpled class schedule. It's also scrawled all over with some sort of notes.] -- Sarcasm class, some stupid class on vampire ethics, guerrilla warfare aaaand my favorite, throwing awesome parties. [He grins, and shrugs. This guy looks as villainous as a wind-up toy.] I guess! The Netherworld kinda has a loose definition of "evil" anyway. I don't think they actually know what it means.

This place is called Johto. You've got Kanto to the east. Other than some geography within these two regions there's no real information about where we are or how we got here.

But if you're used to that kind of thing, consider it a head start.
