[Private to France:] How about that coffee? Any time that works for you. (ooc: we could totally skip right to that and tag as if saturday coffee stuff, if you want?)
[And action, after that:] [Basically Cooper is all over the streets of Goldenrod today. He needs a new coat (there’s a nasty-looking tear in the sleeve of the one he’s wearing right now). And a suit (same there). And some strong coffee.]
[If you run into him, you might notice that he looks a bit different – could be the scratches on his face and general messy state. Coop is ... never in a messy state. Feel free to bother him about this and the fact that he seems generally tense.]

We had similar things, but they were quite expensive unless you were on a plan of some sort with a particular company. I personally was rather addicted to my BlackBerry; it was a lot of fun to kill time on the Metro with the games.

[He smiles, and shakes his head.]
Incredible. Just incredible.
[Action]
When exactly are you from? When I left, it was October of 2010.

[Action]
It's fascinating that there are so many different time gaps between people from the same and similar worlds. So much has changed technologically since then; it must have been difficult for you to adjust.
[Action]
[There's a definite glint of excitement in his eyes that should be familiar to anyone who knows him and he gestures a bit.]
I never thought I would see something like this. Or this world, but that goes without saying.
[Action]
This place certainly is unique. It's definitely not anything like Earth. There aren't enough nightclubs.
[Action]
[Hence why everything he does is audio. He misses his tape recorder a lot, actually.]
Maybe you should start or fund one.
[Action]
Yes, but where would I start? I don't even know where I would go to rent a facility that could host such things, or what the minimum wage here is, or even if people would be interested. I suppose I could do a survey, but the only thing I know for sure is that this city would be a prime location. And what sort of music would I even play? The stuff here is generally awful.
[Action]
You'll figure something out.
[He smiles, a little.]
Either that or it's as they say - some things are just not meant to be. Maybe night clubs is one of them, regrettably.
[Action]
I'm sure that there would be interest among us foreigners for a nightclub or two, but I'll have to do my research.
[Action]
[Cooper doesn't really answer, instead watching France think.]
[Action]
It would be beautiful. So many lights, so many drinks, so much sex...
[Action]
I thought you had a partner.
[Lightly teasing, he knows that France probably meant for other people, but hey.]
[Action]
Sex is a beautiful thing! Who is to say I cannot still appreciate its delectable art?
[Action]
[Action]
You, good sir, have obviously been deprived. Haven't you ever entered that moment of bliss when sharing yourself with another, that moment when everything is at your fingertips and more?
[Action]
[Not uncomfortable with the topic, he clarifies.] I said nothing indicating otherwise. I was merely stating that in my experience few people view it that way or, if they have, they have not vocalised such an opinion.
[Action]
No need to be shy. This is France with whom you're speaking. If anyone has made art out of such things, then it would be me.
[Action]
I'll take your word for it.

[Action]
Although, if you got caught, it was pretty awful at times...
[Action]
[Regarding any kind of behaviour that broke any kind of norm, including excessive romantic tendencies.]
[Action]
It depended on the genders of the parties involved. And class.
