[Dale Cooper is normally a kind, polite man, but if you catch him around Ecruteak late on Halloween ... he's gleefully disturbing people he comes across by either threatening them or being a total creep. That cane he's got might as well be a weapon. And if you give him reason, he just might use it as one.]
[When you think you're Mr Hyde, there are no morals to hold you back, after all. And he's looking pretty pleased with this, strolling about, perhaps even whistling -- with an off smile in place.]
(ooc: late cause of timezones, but feel free to pick a fight with evil!Coop here. he's going to have a blast. also warning for possible triggery-ness -BOB mr Hyde is a creeper, and thus, this will be a creeper entry.)

Uh... Coop? You alright, there?
[Action]
Oh, I'm most excellent, little princess. What about you?
[Action]
It was Rarity's idea. Don't you go thinkin' you'll ever see me look this way again.
[Action] god I am so sorry for this |D
[And with that he'll reach out and tug a little at one of the frilly sleeves, trailing a finger down her arm when he lets go.]
[CREEPER ALERT, AJ. CREEPER ALERT.]
[Action] Oh god. xDDD
[She quickly pulls her arm away, nearly stumbling in this poofy, awkward dress.]
[Action]
Careful there, miss. You have to watch your steps around these parts.
[Action]
[Action]
[He smiles and ... completetly ignores that thing about her name. He thinks he knows it, but it's not at all important to him right now.]
[Action]
[She's all for a good scare, but touching her like that is just plain creepy.]
[Action]
[In the meantime, though? .. he has no inhibitions and a mind that gives in to every evil urge. And that can quickly shape up to be a Very Bad Thing.]
[He tips his head down a little and eyes her. He's ... probably way too close at this point.]
And how far would you say "too far" is, exactly?
[Action]
We passed "too far" a long time ago.
[Action]
And would you say that's a bad thing?

[You have a shadow trailing you.]
[... A short, black, silent shadow with an eerie, stylized bird mask.]
[If he turns around, she will stop. And just stand there. And stare, head tilted.]
[Action]
[Who are you and what do you want?]
[Action]
[Her only motion is to angle her head backwards as he gets closer, so that she can look up at his face.]
[B) SUP.]
[Action]
[He cocks his head to the side and regards her quietly, pondering what might be beneath that mask of hers. A pretty face, maybe?]
[So with a swift motion he's going to use the cane to tap that fake beak, possibly lift it up. Let's see.]
[Action]
[But she doesn't plan on taking it off-- or letting it be taken off, rather.]
[In an equally-swift motion, her hands shoot out with a flutter of black cloth and grab onto the end of the cane before it makes contact with the beak.]
[And then she gives it a great big YANK, trying to pull it out of his hands.]
[8D YOINK.]
[Action]
Hi, little bird.
[Action]
[If she'd been ... herself, she might have been startled.
Maybeprobably even angry. But although the low, croaky noise she makes as she's yanked close is surprised, it's in that 'HAHA OH WOW' way. That permanent smile on the beaked mask just adds to it.][She cranes her head back as he leans his down, twisting her neck to peer at him through one eye-hole in a jerky motion and a small chorus of popping cracks.]
[HI.]
[Not letting go of the cane yet, although somewhere behind that blank mask, she's eying his... um... eyes.]
[Action]
[He tightens his hold on her and eyes her back, unabashedly giving her a once-over. A bird, indeed. And there's no cage around. Maybe he should fix that.]
[For now, he'll just sneak a hand up to her neck ... in a sort of dangerous way, like if she moves wrong he'd get a grip she definitely wouldn't appreciate. The other goes down to her hands. That thing you're holding? His.]
I think this belongs to me.
[Action]
[Continued silence on the girl's part, although she tips her head the other way to eye that approaching hand.]
[... And then in one swift motion, jerks her head to make the mask deliver a sharp and surprisingly hefty peck to that hand, tightening her hold on the cane and trying to yank it all the way away while her arms are still free.]
[IT'S A PIMPCANE. SHE WANTS IT.]
[Action]
[Other hand still firmly with a grip on the cane. He's going to use it to break that beak of hers if he gets a chance.]
[Action]
[... QUICK CREEPY CATFIGHT!]
[With a speed true to the bird she apparently is, she's ducking as soon as he withdraws his hand-- and quite literally RUNNING to the side with both hands still locked around the cane, trying to whip around his back. She's surprisingly strong for something so lanky, and she fully intends to make him SPIN IN PLACE to keep his hold on the cane, whether he's gripping her hair or not (and when Heather comes to, she is going to be wondering WHY THE HELL HER SCALP IS SO TENDER ;-; ). Wanna keep the cane? THEN SPIN WITH MEEEEEEEE C'MON IT'LL BE LIKE A CARNIVAL RIDE.]
Re: [Action]
[It seems like the most elegant solution to the situation. And if she does lose her balance, he's going to take that opportunity to attempt to roughly reclaim the cane with another sharp yank.]
