[Valentine's daaay! And guess who's really giddy for it?]

[Now, Coop's probably figured out that the cheer most people are feeling is enhanced somehow, even if he doesn't know the reason for it - but he chose to embrace it rather than fight it, because there is absolutely no reason to do the latter. He's content to feel genuinely happy, for once. Correction: he's enjoying the hell out of it.]

Good afternoon, Johto! Who else got eggs this morning?

[Is he excited about the prospect of getting another baby pokémon to his collection? Yep, actually. He's even more excited to see just what it'll hatch into.]

It seems the only holiday that hasn't treated us to these so far is Halloween, but given the nature of that particular celebration I can't say I find it all too surprising.

You know, I never much cared for Valentine's Day, but this is shaping up to be a damn fine day regardless of the significance of today's date.


[And Action for anyone in Goldenrod, where he'll be strolling about pretty much anywhere, back in his natural element (a suit) and looking pretty damn happy with pretty much everything for very little reason. He'll be quick to banter, praise and/or various displays of affection today, so have at him!]

[Because here he is, not far from the Goldenrod Department Store sitting in front of the dismantled bits of several remote-control helicopters. With a sliiightly manic grin on his face, he'll be going through said parts seemingly assembling something out of them.]

[Every so often he'll take a device in hand, pointing it at a few parts and having it make a mechanical buzzing noise as well as a green light.]

Do you know how weird it is, looking at time in just a linear sense? I've no idea how you people manage half the time. Gives me a headache more often than not; brilliant, how simplified it is. Much less wibbly wobbly.

Leon claps a hand on Cooper's should, sidling up next to him. Uncharacteristically, and largely due to the warm haziness in the air, his hand doesn't leave his friend's shoulder. He's genuinely smiling.]

Thought I'd pay a visit. [More like, 'I magically wound up here because some Gardevoir felt I needed more ~friendship~ in my life, and really, who am I to argue? Life's beautiful. Friends are awesome.] How've you been, besides the egg?

[If anything, Coop's cheery demeanour only enhances Leon's. That, coupled with the fact he's had...a very nice couple of days, makes him grin outright.]

It's been incredible. I'm not sure what it is--might be that song--but I've been feeling great lately. Been spending time with Lightning.

[Even if it is the song, he's not in any frame of mind to do anything about it. He's in love.]
